Our Story
Bored with other small-batch spirits, we decided to take things into our own hands: and thus Tonic was born. We make all of our spirits in our own distillery, and craft custom cocktails right here in our restaurant and tasting room.
We thought we might be crazy, but we also thought those cocktails were pretty dang good. It turns out you thought they were, too, so we started distributing pre-bottled cocktails to the masses. Now you can take us anywhere!
